What is covered
A return request submitted within 100 days of delivery for a product that is unopened, unused, complete, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
What is not covered
Normal wear, misuse, unauthorized modification, accidental damage, incomplete returns, and opened or used products are excluded unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect.
