Return eligibility

You may request a return within 100 calendar days of delivery. To qualify, the product must be unopened, unused, undamaged, complete with all accessories and documentation, and in its original saleable packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-returnable items

Opened, used, altered, washed, damaged, incomplete, or improperly handled products are not eligible unless they arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect. Items returned without authorization may be refused.

Starting a return

1. Submit the contact form with your order number and “Return request” as the topic.
2. Wait for eligibility confirmation and the authorized return address.
3. Ship the item using a tracked service and retain your receipt.

Do not mail a return to our business correspondence address. The correct return facility is provided with authorization.

Return shipping and restocking

Customers pay return shipping. Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable. An applicable restocking fee may be deducted from the refund and will be disclosed in the return authorization before you ship the item.

Refund timing

We inspect authorized returns after arrival. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receipt and inspection. Financial institutions may take additional time to post the credit.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. When the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement product and cover the replacement shipping. Do not discard the original item or packaging until instructed.

Cancellations and changes

Orders cannot be canceled, edited, or rerouted after submission. Please verify all checkout information before placing the order.

Consumer rights

This policy does not limit any non-waivable rights that apply under consumer-protection law.
