Eligibility and acceptance

By using this storefront or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Information, and Return & Refund Policy. You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.

Product information

We aim to present product descriptions, images, availability, and pricing accurately. Display settings and production variations can cause minor differences. SootheArc is a general wellness product and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Stop use and seek appropriate professional advice if you experience pain, numbness, dizziness, skin irritation, or other concerning symptoms.

Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not guarantee acceptance. We may reject or limit orders for suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory issues, shipping restrictions, or misuse. Orders cannot be canceled or changed after submission.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Payment must be authorized before fulfillment. Available payment methods appear at checkout; pay-later services are not offered.

Shipping, returns, and refunds

Shipping estimates and service limitations are described in our Shipping Information. Return eligibility, customer-paid return shipping, restocking fees, and refund timing are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the storefront, interfere with security, introduce malicious code, scrape content at scale, impersonate another person, submit false information, or use the service for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

The SootheArc name, original copy, graphics, page designs, photographs, and other brand materials are owned by or licensed to EcomStan and may not be reproduced or commercially used without permission.

Third-party services

The storefront relies on third parties such as Shopify, payment providers, and shipping carriers. Their services may be subject to separate terms and availability.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, the storefront and products are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. EcomStan is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their place of residence.

Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively. Continued use after an update means the revised Terms apply to future use and purchases.
